Mitha Tiwana (Punjabi,), third biggest city of Khushab District and having status of municipal committee in Khushab District in the Punjab Province of Pakistan. Its center lies at a latitude of 32.24861 and longitude of 72.11083and it has an elevation of 175 meters above sea level. In association with Society for Human Empowerment and Rural Development (SHER), TMF established Colonel Muhammad Sher Memorial TM Model School Mitha Tiwana. Politically it is considered an important city which most of the times played a decisive role for fate of candidates. Majority of people are Muslim and some charistian famalies also lives there and main languages are Shahpuri, Majhi and Thalochi dialects of Punjabi Language. Suburbs of Mitha Tiwana includes villages, Bijar, Panjan, Nawab di Kothi, Thal Desert etc. There is historical buildings named darbar of Mian Athar Sahib (the great Sufi of Islam), Bara Dari consists of 12 Gates were Constructed for Tiwana's elders family, sb, Purana Bazaar, Raja Jani kothi are famous places of Mitha Tiwana. There is also darbar of mian Arif sb (the great Sufi of Islam).
